On Monday, August 26, 2024, Prof. Dr. Surasak Sangkhathat, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health Science and Medical Research, attended the third meeting on “System Development and Quality Improvement of Thai Journals indexed in Scopus: Phase 2,” organized by the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI). The event was held at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok. The conference was attended by 140 participants, including personnel and editors of 61 Scopus indexed Thai journals.

The event aimed at enhancing the quality of Thai journals in Scopus, raising their quartile ranking in the Scopus database, addressing publication ethics and AI in editorial process management and promoting their inclusion in international databases.
